The Concepts
This campaign celebrates diverse reader types, each brought to life with unique descriptors, imagery, and genre-specific flair. From “The Escapist” to “The Multi-tasker,” these personas showcase the joy of reading while encouraging donations through playful taglines. Strategically placed in bookstores, libraries, and cafés, the posters invite viewers to see themselves in these personas, creating an inclusive and fun way to inspire action and unite the community around the shared love of reading. Sketches to Reality
The poster design process began with capturing photos of real-life models to bring authenticity to each reader persona. These images were then traced in Illustrator, creating clean, dynamic illustrations that formed the foundation of the visuals. Colors were carefully selected to enhance the personality of each reader type, and typography was added to tie the designs together with playful, engaging taglines. The result is a series of vibrant, polished posters that effectively convey the campaign’s message while resonating with the community.
Promoting the campaign
To extend the reach of the campaign, a series of Instagram posts were designed to complement the posters and web banners. These posts feature bold visuals, reader personas, and engaging captions to spark interest and encourage sharing across social platforms.
